1 /5 Chris Parks: Ordered a name plate. The person took my order allowed me to pay even though they did not have this service. It has been two weeks and it will be another week before they get samples in to offer this as a service. The big problem is, there was never follow up with me on any of this, I have had to make the calls checking on the status of the item I ordered. I have not received any apology or offer of refund, and the item I ordered is still in limbo, who knows when I will review it.
This is only a 10 dollar item, it really does not effect my life one way or the other, but the Long story short, customer service is unforgivable.
