Ive visited a couple of times for the BYLT brand sale, but they frequently feature names like Oakley, BEIS, and more at unbeatable prices. Because it is a warehouse sale environment, some items may have a dirty spot. I make sure to inspect everything before purchasing. They use Eventbrite to organize entry; you book a specific time slot, sort of like an appointment for shopping. Overall, I always have a good time and highly recommend checking out their event schedule for some serious savings!
