5 /5 Alexandria Haley: A great local business with the most gorgeous selection of thoughtfully curated merchandise. I wanted EVERYTHING! Their level of customer service was above and beyond, truly a unique experience. I was lucky enough to be rung up by the owner and after meeting her it all made sense, she was amazing. I live out of the area but will be shopping online until Im back in SLO. Thanks Ambiance!

5 /5 Ashley: *This review is not incentivized* I do a lot of online shopping and never really review companies because frankly the experiences are either mediocre or terrible. I recently placed my first order from Ambiance and not only was the shipping extremely fast and the customer service response exceptional but I was truly blown away by the packaging. I’ve been going through a really difficult time and the thoughtfulness and sentiment of what the kind staff included in the package was unexpected and exactly what I needed at the time. There are not many instances when companies take my breath away but today was one of them and now I’m a guaranteed return customer. My sincere thanks and gratitude to a wonderful staff/company that went above and beyond to make customers feel special.

5 /5 Ashlee Carranza: Ambiance is a 5 star shopping experience. The store is so cute and stays current on fashion trends. The staff is always friendly and inviting and they go above and beyond in every way. Whether I have 10 mins or 2 hours to shop, they always customize my experience and give me great fashion advice. They also text me new items they get in from brands I love. The owner has created her own lines of jewlery, handbags and clothing which gives you unique items to shop for. They are always doing fun pop up events as well as giving back to the community! Make sure to support this locally owend store!

5 /5 Kelly Riccitiello: I have been a customer of Ambiance for almost 15 years. They have such a great and unique selection of clothing at various prices points - and something for every occasion! The owner has been nothing but friendly as well as the other gals who work in the store. The customer service is top notch - I had fallen in love with a pair of boots from there, but I struggle with boots because I have a wide calf. The owner was so helpful and ended up being able to custom order me the boots with a calf width that would fit. I LOVE THEM!! I have since moved out of the area, but I always get check ins from the staff on new arrivals or things I might like based on my purchase history. I appreciate this so much!! Love this store!!
