Ahacool Kim American Eagle & Aerie in Glendale Galleria is conveniently located on the 2nd floor beside Macys. The staff is friendly and they offer a wide variety of styles at reasonable prices. Mirna Ramos Terrible customer service, I went into this store recently looking for a dress for my daughters sweet 16 courts and what should have been an exciting and happy experience quickly turned into a very upsetting and disappointing one. The owner/manager lady was watching my girls and I like a hawk and made us very uncomfortable. Then accused us of ruining a dress that already had a broken zipper. Not to mention how cheap the dress material was, when trying on some of the dresses we noticed beads and other material falling off. This lady/manager not only accused us and tried to get money for it but proceeded to insult my daughter and her friends stating that my girls were Fat! I will absolutely never ever return to this horrible shop again and I will not and do not recomend this store to anybody. Horrible service.

Mallory Pendergrass I traveled to Napa in May 2023 for my bachelorette party and purchased some earrings made by local jeweler. They quickly became my favorite earrings. Fast forward to December 2024, I was on a trip to Chicago and was wearing earrings. I realized at some point in the night that one had fallen out. I took a chance and looked up the name of the shop on my old credit card statement, called and spoke to the most gracious owner. She assured me that she only sells one person’s jewelry, contacted her, had me send a photo of the earring, got new ones made, shipped them to me in Tennessee and personally texted me the tracking number. Talk about going above and beyond for your customers! I will absolutely be going back in the next time I visit Napa!

Haley McLain Such a great spot for vintage! The owner Meghan & her shop assistant made me feel like a queen and dedicated an hour to helping me find some vintage denim. I chose a pair of high waisted 70s Levis bellbottoms. I wish I had more time to shop their other pieces, but a line of other shoppers had formed to get inside. Get there early if you dont want to wait, the COVID capacity is 3.

David Murcia it has an outstanding presentation making the customer feel welcome. Their sweats are extremely comfortable and they have excellent jewelry. the workers are very patient and eager to help you find what you want.
