5 /5 reb: Omg April did an AMAZING JOB of literally helping me find EXACTLY what i needed to feel confident, and ready to attack the day- beautiful, quality clothing for my new job at a Car Dealership. Being 21, I always thought of Ann Taylor as an intimidating and high-end place almost exclusively for mature women professionals who knew what to buy and what they were doing. At the same time, Ive always adored professional dress. Even though Ive worked in sales, and just recently luxury sales, Ive always been unsure and basically uneducated on how to match colors, fabrics, cuts, and styles. April literally guided me helping me pick out very tasteful and professional outfits. Figuring out what was appropriate, what matched, warm and cool colors, pairing fabrics, differentiating how the same color could look different across wool and cotton. Who knew? I felt like a scared kitten going in and now I feel like a more educated confident woman. I shop with confidence and not with fear. Im proud of my credit there cuz it means Im going to be best dressed at my job, period. I feel best when I look good, like I can literally achieve anything. Something about being a professional and female and being taken seriously- its really, really empowering. Im really thankful for my experience at Ann Taylor AND APRIL and I cannot wait for another 40% off sale..

1 /5 Jay O.: During my recent visit, I felt uncomfortable due to an interaction with a staff member. After I picked up a shirt from a folded pile, she immediately rushed over, adjusted the stack, and gave me a glare even after I said thank you. I understand maintaining store presentation is important, but the interaction felt unwelcoming and judgmental. I ended up leaving earlier than planned.

1 /5 Dori Dee: During my visit today an employee pretended that she could not process my credit card, but had no problem processing my blonde hair-blue eye friends card. I had to step out of line and someone else had to assist me. She had no problem processing my card. Shame on you.

4 /5 Karen V Chin: Looking for womens office clothing or need a suit to wear at job interview or dressy clothing to wear at weddings, parties or social or business events, this is the place to shop. This location has a Petite area and a discount sales area in the back in a side room next to the shoes and accessories room. Clothing is organized by themes - work, casual, event - and during each of the seasons - the selection of colors plays an important role in the stores displays. Overall, clothing, shoes and accessories are reasonable for the quality. Ann Taylors style and selection is American classic and timeless.
