Bliss Boutique - (Near Monterey, CA)

5 /5 Christy Townsend: Absolutely ADORE this store! I traveled in from Ohio and realized there arent many boutique shops in Monterey. I found this one on Google and had a beautiful walk along the coast to it. I had my arms full within minutes, eager to try on the cute outfits. I walked out with a big bag to take back home with me and remind me of this beautiful area! I HIGHLY recommend for those wanting to shop local and find unique, fun items!

5 /5 Heidi: I started shopping at Bliss about four years ago when I moved to the area for school. It’s four years later, I’ve moved a bit further away, but I still go out of my way to visit the boutique and continue to shop online! The clothes are unique, they have a great variety of items and styles, and the dresses are an absolute slay for when I need to attend an event. Don’t even get me started on the owner and the girls that work there… all the heart eyes for them! Special shout-out to Maren and Echo for always being so sweet, helpful, and going out of their way to help me find what I’m looking for. I also love the different events and sales Bliss has throughout the year, and the location of the store is lovely. I don’t think I’ll ever stop shopping here, I’m obsessed. Thanks Bliss team!

5 /5 Brenda Meyer: Fantastic boutique with great selection of womens clothing. Only had a few minutes before we had to leave for home, but the associates helped all of us in our group find wonderful items that fit each one of us. The store is organized by color and complementary colors. Nice selection of accessories and quality was very nice for affordable prices. The colors and soft textures were exactly what I was looking for!

1 /5 Millie Simmering: The only reason this store gets one star is because the inventory was nice. The service was horrible. I entered the store with my two daughters and browsed for about 20 minutes. Nobody even acknowledged we were there other then eye contact. The store then got busy and the clerk asked my daughter to leave because they were at capacity. She had items set aside to purchase as did I. When she asked the clerk if she was serious? She was told it was store policy and she needed to leave. We were stunned at the rudeness. To make matters worse the clerk was overheard complaining to her coworker about my daughters reaction to her as if my daughter was in the wrong here. Instead of posting someone at the door to limit the customers coming in, she decided to pick a customer who was already shopping? It’s not difficult to teach your staff basic customer service and polite behavior. Unfortunately, this establishment seems to have zero interest in this. Your nice clothes won’t pay the rent when your ill mannered clerks chase away paying customers. Not only did you lose sales from us on Saturday, you lost repeat business as well as negative publicity.

5 /5 Rigoberto Mendoza: I LITERALLY LIVE IN BLISS WHEN IM NOT IN MY WORK ATTIRE!! Bliss Monterey is the only place I go to shop for my clothes. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the shop is always so clean and shoppable and best of all they have online shopping as well ! I also get so many compliments when I wear their clothing, and I always feel beautiful in bliss !!!
