1 /5 Paula Terrill: My review is more about Buckle as a company, but applies to this store as well. My daughter received an expensive pair of jeans that were purchased from this store. The associate that sold the pants to my other daughter didnt ask for email or phone number. When my other daughter tried on the pants she discovered she lost weight and they were too big. The daughter who purchased could not find the receipt. The receiver tried to exchange them, they still have the buckle tags on them, price and all. She was told she could not without a receipt or an associated email/phone number. In the year 2025 how is there still a store that will not allow an exchange for a product with all original tags? Especially around the holidays when people are giving gifts to others, and you dont offer a gift receipt, make it possible to correct situations like these.
