1 /5 Mandii Gomez: Today June 17, 5:30pm for manager on duty. Said his name is Tyler. Young white dude. I let the male security guard know my grandma had to use the bathroom so he said he’ll send someone over. Then I find out my grandma walked 2 stores down to use the bathroom at Lassens because nobody showed up to open the bathroom for her. When she asked them why they didn’t send anyone over, the manager said he had no one to send and she said it was a rude encounter. Also, when my grandma was waiting by the bathroom one of the female employees came by and my grandma asked if she could open it. The woman just stared at her, then proceeded to ignore her and go into the employee room. My grandma described her as tall and slender. At one point she was working the security door area. I asked to speak to the manager and he claimed he didn’t have enough staff. There were plenty of staff when I walked throughout the store so they must’ve forgot or just lazy. My encounter with the manager wasn’t pleasant as well. An 80 + year old woman shouldn’t have to do that or when I asked from the beginning, they should’ve communicated they couldn’t instead of leaving her waiting. Photo included with the manager. 3 /5 Chaiann Aragon: I went school shopping with my 4 kids two toddlers and two children. Nice big and roomy lots of varieties of things to shop for I do recommend music and clean restrooms it was not clean at all. Also there wasnt a big variety of clothes for my girls the long lines go fast. I love there decor and the nice people who check us out at the register.

5 /5 Vern VARIAN: If your looking to buy new clothes for a good price this the place to go. The staff is friendly and they are bilingual. I took my daughter to get some things for her Halloween costume and we were able to find the things she was looking for with out having to pay a high price. I recommend this place for your shopping

5 /5 Veronica Klawitter: This store has A variety of clothes and many more items to choose from with great prices. Although the lines can be long the customer service is by far the best in town even on a busy Sunday my Cashier has a smile on her face.

3 /5 Rin: They have a good selection of scrubs and clothes but their glass wear and kitchen wear is way bad, they have a lot but its all mostly broken and damaged
