Vitolinans nauer Rude customer service, old man/ owner kicked us out for taking to long to find something to buy. Never would shop here. Every thing is messy and unorganized. We were basically followed through out the whole store like we were gonna steal. DO NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE. 0 star rating for me if I could. And everything is fake

Jean Hudson Came on a Thursday morning and around a a dozen people came through during my time. I liked the quiet atmosphere and it might be less enjoyable when busy. I found some great stuff- for what I consider good prices. As someone who thrifts big chain donation stores, the prices are way less reasonable than Platos closet on my opinion. Also, I have to worry 99% less about finding hidden stains or poor quality, because the items are curated. Keep in mind the clothing is definitely aimed toward a younger demographic, but they have enough variety that anyone can find something they are looking for. The staff was super nice and I am very thankful to have this option for more affordable ways to purchase these trendy and nice items.

Caitlyn Casavant I’m so happy to return home and see that GV has really turned the downtown area to a quaint and vibe-y place. It’s so much easier to walk around and enjoy the shops. If you love NC but don’t want to make the drive… or the climb! The. GV is where you want to be!

G Reese The clothes and boutique was super cute. Loved the decor of the store. But the reason I only gave it two stars is due to the lack of customer service. When I walked in I was not greeted and while walking around (mind you, I made eye contact with the employees multiple times) I was still not greeted. Being someone who works in customer service, I look for good service, and when it is not given Im not about to spend my money, half of the experience is the service.

Debbie Wong Shout out to Sophia and Megan! Sophia was very helpful over the phone about a defected item I received. She looked for the item in the store and found it; told me to come in to exchange. Megan picked up the phone the morning after to put the item on hold for the same day I was exchanging and did it seamlessly. Sophia and Megan have such positive attitudes and they go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you for such a great experience! :)
