Alex Avoid at all cost! I came in with a return and they claimed I had already received the refund. When I tried to take my item back they got aggressive and wouldn’t let me take it back. They claimed I had to call customer service. I called customer service and they informed me the item was returned and the gift card was spent after I had left the store. This will be reported to the BBB. Terrible customer service and sketchy employees.

Q.B. Styles Oh upscale Resale is definitely a must stop on the Central Coast drive. They have great designer bags, shoes and clothing for a fraction of the retail price. The owner Tamara was the sweetest! Who says resale can’t be upscale? Felt like I was shopping on Rodeo with my complimentary glass of bubbly as I shopped. Will definitely stop by next time I’m in town for more great accessories!
