I usually struggle to find multiple pieces of clothing I like at one store, but as Kimberly’s review mentioned this place truly was a one stop shop. I went in looking for a jacket, walked out with a beautiful jacket and 5 other items lol. Designers they carry range from around the world, from USA, UK, Italy, Japan. This place is worth checking out! Service was 5-star Value- remember the jacket I mentioned? It was 60% off and I got compliments on it all night at our industry party. The jacket was by far the best deal I’ve gotten in a LONG time. & I’m an avid online shopper who is always looking for good deals. I’m not from Palm Springs so it was great to be able to tell people I just bought the jacket that day!

Robert Elliott If you know about this place then you know about the quality of their products. I was there to get my wife hiking boots (which she severely needed). After trying on several boots (and I mean 6 different styles and 4 different sizes of each), she finally found a pair she liked. However, they didnt have the style and size in store. The staff indicated that they could order them and have them directly shipped to our home, but we would need to pay for them up front. When I tried to pay cash for the order, I was told that it had to be by credit card. I explained that the reason I shopped in store was to pay cash and would not purchase if they insisted on a credit card. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Update: I have come back to the store again and again. The staff has always been honest and trustworthy. They are the reason that you should go to this store and trust this company with your money. They know their products and will keep you from making a mistake. They will not let you buy something that doesnt fit or wont do the job that you need them to do. Trust the staff of the San Bernardino store. I do. Order from this store, they are so much better than the website and will make sure you have a great experience with a great product. I will buy from this brand because of the staff at this store.
