1 /5 Tara Davis: This place is horrible. Manager is rude and poor customer service. My first time in this store and not one staff informed me that no returns on shoes. I’ve always buy 7 1/2 shoe with no issues with other retailers. Didn’t realize that this cheap store sizes are way off. I brought my shoes back to exchange and was rudely told NO by the manager. Well I decided she could keep her shoes and take I’d donate my $12.00 loss back to her. She stated, “ I’ll just throw them away”. I’m sure she will resale for profit because it’s obvious they don’t care about good customer service.
I don’t recommend this store as customer service should be a priority.

Thank you for your response. While I understand policies vary, it’s the responsibility of staff to communicate them clearly and respectfully—especially when a purchase is final sale.
Dismissing a customer concern with a traffic ticket analogy is not only inappropriate but unprofessional. My review reflected a real experience with how I was treated, not just the policy. I hope your team takes this as an opportunity to improve both communication and customer service.
Fine example of how they truly show lack of professionalism and respect to customers. I recommend the Q store (across from Cozy Fox) as their customer services is definitely more professional.
