5 /5 Charles Scribner: Ordered a beanie and I tried to take the tag off as it was on top of beanie, but I accidentally ripped the cloth. Not expecting them to exchange, I checked with customer service just in case. Sophia from customer care was extremely pleasant and helpful. Not only did they replace it but they took the tag off for me before sending it. Excellent customer service. I will be shopping with them again.
