5 /5 Nick: This is the easiest 5 star review I could make. I dont normally leave reviews for places, but I was so blown away by the customer service at Creations that I feel obligated to share. My girlfriend and I stopped by Creations Boutique when we were visiting Ocean Beach. She was instantly drawn to their unique clothing and styles, and probably would have bought one of everything in the store if she was able to. The staff at the store was very inviting and helped her find exactly what she was looking for. She had bought a couple of items, including a dress that she absolutely adored (it instantly became her new favorite), and we planned on going back to get her a few more items. Unfortunately we ended up not having time to return to Creations on our short weekend visit to the area. There was one dress in particular that she really wanted, and I was having a difficult time finding it on their website. I called the store and Desi was so quick and eager to help me out. She took the time to send me pictures of the dress I described to make sure it was the correct one. She also helped me pick out another item, again with pictures included. She went out of her way to take these items to the post office personally to send to me. She was nothing but pleasant and incredibly helpful. I really dont remember the last time I was this blown away by customer service. Clothing and dresses are not my area of expertise by any means, but Desi was super helpful in making sure I found the right style and fit. Whenever we visit Ocean Beach again we will surely be stopping at Creations, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a unique style and great shopping experience. 10/10

2 /5 Daughter of the King: Ugh, I really hate to write this review. But, I just bought an item here from the sales rack and I don’t think it was an ethical purchase. There were many red flags and inconsistencies with the item and the vibe didn’t feel right. Something just doesn’t feel right and something about the item also felt Off. Out of all the items on the sales rack, this item doesn’t give that fresh feeling- like you bought something brand new. It looks/feels second hand. 1) This item had a weird smell. 2) It wasn’t tagged (didn’t have a tag), 3) AND when I asked if they can look it up in the system…. It wasn’t able to be found. 4) There’s frayed yarn around the button holes. And, it had tiny hole, like it was punctured. And, it’s already fraying. Brand new fabric shouldn’t have fraying, already, even if the fabric used for this Brand- is inexpensive. 5) If you looked closely, the fabric looks like it’s been Already in the Wash because the fabric is pilling , Already. (Which is a major Give away.) 6) the Item was being Sold, WRINKLED. My credibility is: Throughout the years, I’ve worked at the Gap, as a Buyer-at a vintage Store, and at Levi’s. So, I have a lot of Retail experience…. I also know about fabric/Textiles and Clothing, having studied it, in School… The girls seem cool and they did their job of selling and up selling. … However, when it comes to being dishonest, I don’t condone that. Or, being sarcastic. When I was sharing my thoughts and Concern- about the Item, I was unfortunately, met with: excuses, deflection, and also some sarcasm… -”that’s why it’s on the sales rack.” -“Some of the items don’t have tags” (Weiiird, for a Clothing Brand Store?!) -the smell is “from the boxes”…. (Note: if it’s a brand new item, it shouldn’t smell Funky.) *The item was Sold without a tag, without being in the system, AND it was wrinkled. The Overall look gave a bad Impression…& Vibe. Like -as if someone Stole an item, and Replaced it with this one. Young people won’t care about this stuff…. But, I Do care about Integrity. And, if the Manager cares about being Professional, they would Look into, this. I don’t feel Right about keeping the item so I will be donating it to the homeless…

5 /5 Shawn Kucerak: Really cute boutique in the heart of OB. The decor inside is very cool, all handmade wood and metal fixtures. Clothes are good quality and reasonably priced. Great selection of accessories like jewelry and sunglasses as well. The style, as my girlfriend explained it, is boho chic, and very at home with the OB vibe. Girlfriend got several cute outfits and I even got one of their hats for myself.

5 /5 Stephanie Gonzalez: I went in looking for specific types of dresses. They had a large collection to choose from, and I was able to find what I wanted. I appreciate how friendly and helpful the staff were!
