Lazy reps never greet, ask if we are finding everything ok, or leave from behind the counter. The two were there, never even cracked a smile; they just sat on their phones and ignored us while we were waiting at the registers to be checked out. At one point, when the other one finally saw us waiting and started walking towards us, the first one pulled her away and handed her her phone to show her something.
After being called old for complaining to my wife during the first visit at the end of last year, she completely agreed with me after witnessing it for herself. What is going on? Why is there no MOD to enforce simple rules? I cant see myself shopping here anymore.
