I have had a Patagonia Nano Puff jacket for around 7 years and it finally started to wear out with it feeling less warm & started to get tears on one of the sleeves so I took the trip to the Pasadena store with my wife (We live 2 hours away from the closest store) & John swapped my jacket out for a new one no questions asked. I got the hooded version this time around & just paid the small difference. This is the reason why I will continue spending my money at Patagonia and their gear is top quality stuff!!! Excited to wear my new jacket for the next decade. Thank you once again!

However, if you enjoy getting high-quality gear for a steal, you will find yourself right at home among the masses. The store was packed to the rafters, yet the checkout line moved with a surprising level of efficiency that defied the laws of physics. It was a crowded, bustling environment that rewarded those with a bit of patience and a keen eye for a hidden gem. I walked out with a full bag and my dignity mostly intact, which is really all one can ask for when prices are dropped this low.
