Shondra J This Kohl’s, located inside the Hanford Mall and is convenient to access both directly from the parking lot and through the mall entrance. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, making shopping stress-free. The store was well stocked and there was a nice variety of items. The staff was friendly, offering assistance with a smile. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience.

Recently, during a busy rush, the manager went out of her way to help my wife and I find exactly what we were looking for. Nichole was knowledgeable and demonstrated impeccable customer service. I hope she is working every time we return from now on!
