5 /5 Fang Phattha: A new clothing store in Fullerton! I shopped all my clothes from their online store for a few years now and the price was so cheap my friend thought it was a scam. It’s not! Now they have a large store, very clean and new. They have a lot of fitting rooms too so I didn’t have to guess my size any more. The size was Asian size: meaning I wear Asian M which is about the same as US S size. I’m not confused because I grew up in Asia but friends in the US might want to try first to gauge which size you wear. If youve lived in Asia or Europe this size definitely makes sense. Very friendly staff btw! They even asked me “How are you?” every time I entered the fitting room.

1 /5 Serena Rios: Very deceptive! If youre plus sized, dont waste your time here, there is hardly anything for you. I only made the trip over here because they advertised 3X. Turns out unless youre in the market for a polyester moomoo, you wont find anything. I was lucky enough to find 2 shirts, and that was it. The material isnt cotton on anything so beware as well.

2 /5 Tana Robertson: Grand opening today, I was excited to see what it had to offer. The one thing that was disappointing to me was lack of customer service, especially for a grand opening! When I walked in there was about 6 people in suits (I’m guessing corp.) drinking what appeared to be wine (maybe apple juice in a fancy glass) right at the entrance, and a table off to the right with employees there. No acknowledged me, which surprised me, I mean with everyone standing there I thought I would’ve got a “hi, welcome” anyway I go in look around, it’s very nice and organized, prices are reasonable, the clothes are interesting, they appear to be the same style of clothes that you would get from SHEIN, that soft material (not cotton). So as I’m looking around trying to figure the store, employees keep passing by, still no greeting. Now I’m just ready to go, turns out that on that table at the front there was some sort of raffle they were doing and what appeared to be free stuff (idk). As I’m walking out, still no greeting. Could I have just stopped at the table and asked what they were doing, yeah I suppose, but coming from someone who works in retail and who has also conducted quite a few customer service training classes, they lost me by no initial greeting. Anyhow, I’m not trying to discourage anyone from going? I’m just simple letting you know my experience.

1 /5 Valerie Acuna: We came to shop the 50% off sale. Opening time is stated as 12PM. We were there waiting for doors to open until 12:15, when the employee saw us they turned off all the lights in the store… LOLLLL
