Victoria Cuellar I have shopped at this location for years and have found many great outfits! I think the Redding location has a better selection than the Chico one. I’ve never traded in clothes here before. All the staff that have helped me have always been super friendly.

Valentina Chavez I was provided with the best customer experience! The boutique owner is extremely kind and helpful. I went to buy a dress shirt for my husband and she had her brother try one on so I could see the cut. Now that is what I consider excellent customer service.

You bring a bag of clothes you dont like anymore and you leave with a big bag of new to you stuff. She has everything and the quality of clothing is top notch. Since my first experience I was hooked and now Im a regular. Why blow a ton of money when you can pay one flat rate and leave with a ton of amazing gems.
