All of their stores are laid out the same so its easy to find what youre looking for & I especially appreciate that all of the stores are open until 9:00pm. I buy all of my animal products there because they have a good selection of quality products at reasonable prices.

Ella W Im writing this review so that others know the women who work at the store in Carmel Mountain are amazing. I shopped there this morning and thought the store was busy for a Wednesday, and expected little help. I was shocked by the friendly service, and the ease in returning the items I bought online. Going by the Chicos online sizing chart, I bought sizes way too large. Judy, set me up in a fitting room, she was extremely attentive, and quite helpful in finding the right size and fit for me. I was astounded that she brought me a size and a half smaller in one style, and a one size down in another, and they fit perfectly. Im so happy. Thank you again Judy!
