1 /5 Just Say’n: Being such a high quality retailer, it is quiet surprising to see the talent they acquire. None of the sales woman have a smile on their face nor ask if you need help shopping. We asked, what appeared to be a manager, for size options. She asked to hand her the item we were looking at without saying please. Now, this may sound like a small thing but when WE are paying their wages, they should have better customer service skills. I train my associates to always wow the customer, this is a non-negotiable behavior they must have to retain customers. It was disappointing that all employees look like they have stomach aches here and it may be contagious because I now feel it as well.
