Express - (Near Sacramento, CA)

4 /5 Michael W.: The Express store has two sections. One section is for the mens store, and another section is for the women. It has two entrances, but it is connected in the middle of the stores. Both sides of the stores are nice and clean. The clearance sections are all the way inside the store.

1 /5 Kd J: I had a really horrible experience at this Express location. We have been long-time customers since the Structure era. I bought a suit jacket for my husband on September 28, 2025, around 11:40 AM. Since my husband wasnt with me, I was unsure if the jacket would fit, so I repeatedly asked the store associate if it would be okay to return or exchange it if needed. The gentleman assured me that I could do so. However, when I got home, the jacket didnt fit my husband. I went back to the store to exchange it on October 4, 2025, in the evening, but they didn’t have the size I needed. To my surprise, they refused to process a return. The cashier and manager simply declined my request and did not acknowledge that their own employee had assured me I could return or exchange the item. If the manager reads this review, I encourage them to check the store video from my original purchase on September 28, 2025. The transaction was for $76.09, and it’s clear that their employee misled me just to make the sale. It is wrong to provide false information to customers. I want to warn other customers about this experience.

1 /5 E: There isn’t a separation between the women’s & men’s dressing rooms. As I was changing I noticed a man walk behind the door and he was able to look in through the top of the door and saw me while I was topless trying on dresses. Absolutely unacceptable, I felt violated in that very moment. If you’re going to mix genders in a space, at least make the doors full sized so there’s no room for peeping Tom’s to look at women while they dress.

1 /5 Ryan Hodek: Service is terrible. Online order took 2 days to be ready despite ordering at 10am. Came to buy another item was told to check again tomorrow for the online order but a man who was so high snoop would be jealous. Then the item I was there to buy the security tag was left on it. But since I had to go back for the online order that took 2 days it was not a huge inconvenience. Unfortunately the same dude helped us the second day. He was still high and inspected the receipt before taking the security tag off so intensely.

4 /5 Solomiya Lyshenyuk Williams: Used to be my favorite store. The quality of fabrics went down over the years (while the prices stay the same) and the dont have petite sizes in the store anymore.
