5 /5 Rachel Sanderson: Id like to give a huge compliment to the Yuba City store manager, JORDAN. She has the best attitude and displays the highest level of customer service. Shes been extremely helpful every time my daughter and I come in to shop with Finish Line. I dont know what yall are paying her, but please give her a raise; she deserves it!

5 /5 Katherine Hendrix: As soon as we got there a young lady (an employee, didnt happen to get her name) helped us right away. She was very friendly and helpful, she did not try to get us to spend more money, was not pushy at all. We asked about sales for clothing and she asked all the proper questions to help us with the items we were interested in. She is definitely an asset to the company, I wish I would have gotten her name.

1 /5 Angelica Aleman: There crooks here my husband used my bank card to purchase our son shoes they didnt have in stocks so I paid and they said they would mail them ! I get email order canceled and they are playing cant and mouse Ill get refunded and never have I called and the lady on phone said bank will release it cause we never charged it well bank said yes they did there lieing to you ....I need my money back !!! 1 /5 SD: Terrible customer service. I walked in and needed a size in a pair of shoes. No one came over to help so I walked to the front counter. 4 younger people were standing behind the counter and talking amongst themselves. No one noticed I walked up. I had to interrupt their conversation to ask for the size and a couple of them just stared at me until one man decided to go get the sizes for me. The young woman just continued playing on her phone. I felt like I was interrupting their conversation and that I shouldn’t be there. I don’t usually post reviews and I don’t like to complain but I really felt like this needs to be addressed. I left feeling upset and like I was a bother to the people working. I understand they were younger but maybe they need a training on how to work customer service.
