Mike is generous to a degree that I feel the need to make sure that his ends are met when making a purchase. I had a pair of Altra Lone Peak shoes have a seam fail prematurely (manufacturing error, no doubt) and not only did Mike allow me to exchange them for the NEXT GENERATION MODEL—because he was out so stock of the type I had originally purchased— he refused to allow me to pay the difference, and he directed me to keep the pair of defective shoes as extras. Mike, your generosity is unmatched and thank you again.
