1 /5 Ally Muller: Passed by the store at 11:05am, it was closed, but the sign said it opens at 11:00am. I was like ok, I can come back later. Now, 14:00, I stopped by the door, ready to enter and the employee said that it was their lunch time?? and that they would open it again 30 minutes later. That’s how you treat a costumer? Especially a designer high-end store? I don’t think so.

1 /5 shir l: What an odd unreliable little vendor. I saw an LV bag priced at $2300( a reasonable slightly high pricing comparison to others preloved vendors like Rebag etc). I inquired online if they had any black friday promotions.. A couple of days later I go on the website and lo and behold.The price is all of a sudden $3000( extremely overpriced might as well buy the new one at the store.Its a $200 difference). When I called him and inquired, they said, oh, it was a mistake. And the seller wanted $3000. And as a former potential consumer, this is disappointing Unimpressive and ridiculously overpriced. Maybe you should do a better job before you post something online and leave it for days. Very unprofessional.

1 /5 T&LK: The shop is beautiful and a variety of best designers. I did find something that I really loved. However, I wish I could say I’d want to come back no matter how nice the store was. Reading how other patrons were treated with wine and super friendly service. I was disappointed. Ive been to enough high end shops and do know how you’re suppose to be received. I had to ask for water finally because I ran to the bank to pay for my item. I tried to be friendly asking their names but when I left the shop the only thing I was happy about was what got and meeting Kevin the security who was very nice. I realize my experience is very different than most of the 5 star ones that I read but I’m writing an honest review of my personal experience. Post review: The response to my review is very disappointing as a customer so I have to speak up. A sincere apology would have gone a long way like others that were given when they posted a very negative review. I need to clear things up. I did not ask for a “deep discount” never even used those words. I never even mentioned how much of a discount. I just asked if could give me a better price bc the sleeves were altered. When she would not, I backed off. After I decided to buy and she initiated taking the sleeves down that were altered by the owner, which I’m glad I did bc there were clearly left a shade of dirt where the fold was and a spot. So all I asked for is 10% off which she conceded. I am not trying to malign (poor choice of word imo) the store but give an honest personal review and perhaps help improve how to treat ALL customers. That’s what a review is for. As I mentioned it has very beautiful items. Yes, she was polite at best but did I feel appreciated for my patronage as a customer with a thank you at least? No. I left with an unpleasant feeling like she was doing me a favor. A customer should feel good not bad after shopping in a store. Perhaps she is not used to customers to barter but that’s what happens at second hand stores no matter what you’re selling. Don’t need to go back not worth it.

5 /5 Amy Roseveare: SO glad that I was able to visit the store today. The owner and the other gals working there were just fabulous. They have a wonderful array of merchandise, clearly well-edited. I was pleased to score a coral brooch I didnt even know I needed. ;) I will definitely be back.

5 /5 海底怪: Its a very lovely place with lots of designer collection such as dior, chanel, ysl, louis-vuitton...Theyre all displayed uniquely and gracefully while the staff here are also friendly and knowledgeable. A lost piece of gem.
