2 /5 Nik K: I cant quite give this zero stars because I have found some cool stuff here at a decent price. But I highly do not recommend dropping off any clothes here.
A while back I brought a huge amount of nice clothes in great condition. Like 6 pairs of Levis, 3 pairs of slacks, 3 jackets and like 5 nice button ups (carhartt, wrangler, etc.) They told me I could either take cash, or I could get a larger amount of store credit, and the store credit would be saved indefinitely under my name and phone number. I said "ok, so were clear, all I have to do is come back and give you my phone number and my money/store credit will be saved and usable, and there is no time limit?" And they assured me that was the case. Sure enough, I came back today and gave them my phone number when checking out and they said they have nothing saved under that number, or under my name. Didnt offer to do anything to fix it, just told me I was out of luck because its not coming up (ie they lost my info and therefore dont owe me any credit.) Pretty convenient for them right?
There are better used clothing joints in Sac to go to. You can find some stuff here but this business sucks and most (but not all) stuff is kinda overpriced for used clothes
