Patina greeted us with a warm, friendly welcome that instantly made the experience inviting. She walked us through the Briggs & Riley bag options with just the right balance of guidance and space. No pressure, no overselling, just genuine help. We ended up purchasing a backpack I’d been wanting for work, and Patina made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Amazing service, a great selection of quality bags, and a truly pleasant shopping experience. Definitely recommend this store!

5 /5 Tair: Have luckily come across this store online and ordered a good quality converter that Ive been looking for for a long time. Please support small businesses like this. Sites like Amazon, flooded with cheap plastic fakes, are not really cheaper if you have to replace more often and magnify the plastic pollution problem.

5 /5 Sarah The Great: Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable staff and reasonably priced goods. Sadly I cant say the same for some of their customers. The last time I was there I saw some badly dressed tramp covered in mud, lurking around the female handbags. He was all sweaty and kept licking his fingers and sniffing the shirts. It was quite unnerving. I had my mace ready in case he tried anything but luckily a member of staff stepped in and moved the mentally ill weirdo to the clearance section until the police came and took him back to the reservation.
