4 /5 K Felix: I never pawn anything here, but their gun and rifle selection is affordably priced. I found some hard-to-find ammo also. The staff is very accommodating.

I was warmly greeted by the woman at the counter, even though she was assisting another customer at the time. She kindly allowed me to try on the rings I was interested in. Overall, the customer service was excellent.

1 /5 Angela Guthrie: To the lady who told me to take my tools back to Lowe’s because I told her what I was looking to get for them and she rudely told me she could find the exact tools online for the amount I was asking in the same condition (they were practically brand new, only used 1 time)…..thank you so much for low balling me! I mean, you never even offered me a price because you practically laughed in my face , however I went down the road to Citymax in Bryan and was given $160. $10 more than what I told you I would like for them…guess that extra $10 covered my gas. You are what gives pawn shops a bad name. I wouldn’t waste my time there ever again and advise no one else to either.

1 /5 Playhard Boo: Paid 1300.00 for pawned items,it awhile for background to come back from ATF. NO BIGGY.They called me about noon to let me know it cleared and I could pick up guns. Before hanging up I asked what time they closed She said 2.30pm. Its over a 60 mile trip to this place. So I showed up at 2.00pm they was locking gate . So I told her that I had already paid and just needed to pick up.and reminded her she told me 2.30 they closed. The lady then told me,WE CLOSED,while shaken her head . Its the Dark hair lady what alover. The older lady was always so polite and made you feel appreciated..but i want be back..
