I shared what I had in mind, and they immediately began pulling options, offering creative styling suggestions, and ensuring everything fit and felt right. What could have been a stressful, last-minute search turned into a fun, relaxed, and genuinely enjoyable experience. Keenann’s knowledge of the inventory, attention to detail, and positive energy made the entire process seamless from start to finish.
Because of that experience, it was especially disappointing to see a wave of recent negative reviews. Having been there firsthand, it was clear those comments did not reflect the reality of the store or its staff. They came across as targeted, excessive, and rooted in hostility rather than genuine customer experience. That kind of behavior undermines honest feedback and should not overshadow the real work being done here.
Keenann, in particular, deserves recognition—not criticism. Their professionalism, enthusiasm, and care for customers are exactly what you hope to find in a local business. They are an asset to this store and someone who clearly takes pride in creating a welcoming environment.
I will absolutely be returning for future rentals and would confidently recommend this shop to anyone. If you have the chance to work with Keenann, you’ll quickly see why they deserve nothing but positive praise.
