5 /5 Ryan Palmer: Huge location! Glad they were able to move from Westminster Mall. I always come with my teenage son. Every staff member I have met has been very friendly and helpful. The store is laid out very well.

1 /5 Melanie Tavernier: Went in today to try to return an item I bought more than 30 days ago as the receipt said “If you do not have the original receipt or purchase date is GREATER THAN 30 days, we will be happy to exchange the merchandise for you or issue a store credit” the manager told me this was “new” and that she was gonna choose to do an exchange “today, right now only”. I said I would like a merchandise credit as I did not see anything I liked and she repeated that she was choosing to allow me to exchange and had a nasty attitude for some reason. She started talking to us in a passive aggressive tone and when I asked why she was “choosing” for us she said “because its my store and im the manager”. I have never had a worst experience than this honestly
