5 /5 Kirk jackson: Went to the store at about 330 Thursday 2/26/2026. I walk into find shoes. I over shot the shoe section and noticed a man in all black following me.I changed direction and so did he.he was going the direction I needed to go the he abruptly turned off. I found the shoes I needed put them on the counter and went to get a pair of shoes that I was returning. I went to the parking lot and forgot I moved my car. I went back in to make sure no one put they shoes back.as soon as I got in the syore a women in black like the man said" i say you inthe parking lot freaking out " . I said I moved my car.How did she know I was in the parking lot there are no widows? I am a 70 year old man why would they be following me around in and outside the building? Is it because my skin is darker than theres. I got my shpes out the car and went to the counter.they said they dont return shoes after they were worn. I explained I purchased them yesterday. Begrudgingly she did .

2 /5 Michael Hou: For a company that has the rule of "to treat others as we would like to be treated". I seriously want to know who thought it was a good idea to stock the bathrooms with toilet paper so thin that its almost basically transparent. Toilet paper so thin that it tears at even the slightest amount of pull. The stores are nice and clean but lets be real. The quality of toilet paper at any store shows how much they value their customers.

5 /5 Catherine Anderson: Visited for multiple things and they had everything. The store was stocked well and i had no problem finding help. I hate they close so early now since covid but thats part of life. PLEASE go and support them, Id hate for them to go away.

1 /5 Emily Schwartz: Karen, the older woman who works in the package pickup/return area is literally one of the most hard-headed persons. I went to do a return, provided her with a barcode for my order, which was well within the return window. She claimed she was unable to find my order and proceeded to complain about me having too many orders to go through. She called me out for ordering things like kids clothing, home goods, etc like it is her business! At the end, she refused to do any type of return for me, which I think is just her laziness of not wanting to look for the order, even when I had a barcode for it right in front of her.
