1 /5 Sophia Morales: It’s a Sunday. And we come in 615. The store closes at 7pm. 45 minutes before it closes. As we walk in, 2 employees stop us from preventing to come into the store and say sorry we are closed in a rude way, but people are still shopping inside. Your store clearly says closes at 7pm. Not sure if your team is just lazy to not stay longer than 7pm for closing procedures. Trust me, I worked in retail at Williams Sonoma in the same mall, and we still kept the store open for customers until the minute we closed. But seriously, never have I had any store deny us service way before the store closed. Maybe change the time you guys say online, and teach your employees to be nicer the way your employees communicate with customer.

1 /5 alexa gomez: I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at the Jd sports here was super frustrating. I came on black Friday and asked the only employee there that I seen working on the footwear for a shoe, it felt like she was very overwhelmed with how packed it was. I would have understood due to how she clearly was the only one helping there. When i went to go check out my shoes, I had seen what looked like the rest of the associates come out of the back door giggling and laughing making me wonder why that one associate was alone on the footwear. The store seems unprofessional with their hiring, it looks like there isn’t ever any employees to help on the footwear. I came again on that following Sunday hoping that it would be different, less packed to look at shoes again but once again, I only saw the same associate on the footwear area working. There was only one associate at the register as well, i had asked the young lady who had tattoos if it was just them two and she had mentioned that there was just them two and one manager, it made me think where are the rest of the managers and associates at on a very busy day? She had mentioned how there was two call offs so it was just 3 of them but that she was going to try her best to help everyone out due to the fact that there was a long line awaiting to do their purchases. Overall, do NOT shop here. They don’t hire even though there is a hiring sign outside, they should hire more people because one person helping an entire store isn’t beneficial at all.

1 /5 JL: Jason, the manager, handled this situation terribly. He lost a $300 sale over a simple $2.50 price adjustment. There were still signs up advertising a “Buy One, Get One 50% Off” deal, and while they were in the process of changing stickers, many were still displayed. Instead of honoring the adjustment, he responded with sarcasm, asking if I wanted him to rush around the store and remove them. That was completely unnecessary—the signs were still visible, and the adjustment should have been granted. His dismissive attitude sealed the deal. I won’t be purchasing sneakers from this store again.

1 /5 Diyar Şimşek: This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I tried to buy a pair of shoes, and first they refused Apple Pay and asked me to bring my physical card. I went to my car, got the card, and then they suddenly refused to sell me the shoes — with no explanation whatsoever. The shoes were on the shelf, in my hand, and I was ready to pay. This felt like outright discrimination and completely arbitrary behavior. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Avoid this store at all costs.
