5 /5 Jo Rinkema: From Illinois. My local J.Jill in Kildeer,IL is awful. Snooty sales people who ignore you if you do not know you. Everything I own with the exception of underwear and some shoes are J.Jill. The staff at Roseville are the opposite. Always welcoming and helpful. The store is very neat with everything in its place. I am glad I am temporarily located out here so I can shop there. My store made me switch to shopping online exclusively.

5 /5 Darylene Schreiber: I love J Jill. Ive shopped there for years. Their styles and quality stand the test of time and the prices are fair, considering the quality. Im wearing shorts I bought over 19 years ago and they are still nice enough to go out to dinner in. Keep up the good work.

5 /5 Jackie b.: Recently JJill accidentally sent my online order to my old address! We were unable to retrieve the package and after a week, they resent me my entire order at no additional charge. Beyond the great personal service, the quality of their products continues to be most impressive for the money you spend on the great style they offer. And you will look great! 1 /5 Nancy Cornelius: I have paid on time and been a very loyal customer. I just got a bill for a $2.00 "fee" with no explanation for what? I paid the bill in full and on time. They closed their Pavillions store which was a busy store. They dont want my business apparently.
