Charles Victoria Save yourself the gas trip and headache and head to the spot at serramonte Daly City. I’d avoid this store location at all costs. I bought something online stating it’d be ready within 2 hours. I came at the 2 hour mark following up. They could’ve just processed the order with the customer present, but the Employee associate stated some BS about the system being slow and there’s people ahead of me (when the store is freaking empty) and to come back later…when I’m literally here now. At the 2 hour mark. Where you can get my order now. And complete the transaction. Now I’m here in the car waiting for the notification to pickup my order. Update: I just called customer service and cancelled the order on the phone. If you’re at the San Mateo area, please save yourself the trouble and go to the one at Daly City. They’re way more friendly approachable and nicer.

Yours truly Michelle Update: 4/11/25 - Service and product quality has certainly gone down hill. Today 4/11 I received a damaged product this is not the first time. The damage was visible both times, but still the attendant who filled the order decided it was okay, Not! Yesterday on 4/10 I placed an order for two types of buns, the attendant was nice enough to point out that she placed the Hawaiian buns in a separate bag, but when I was looking for the other ones I ordered they were in a bag under some can goods. In the past I was also given some rotting jam that had mold, Ive also experienced long wait times for my order and not to mention that my order was also given to another customer. Review 2022 - This Target location is exceptionally clean, service is excellent! My experience shopping here has always been pleasant. Great product selection in my favorite isle

Ella W Im writing this review so that others know the women who work at the store in Carmel Mountain are amazing. I shopped there this morning and thought the store was busy for a Wednesday, and expected little help. I was shocked by the friendly service, and the ease in returning the items I bought online. Going by the Chicos online sizing chart, I bought sizes way too large. Judy, set me up in a fitting room, she was extremely attentive, and quite helpful in finding the right size and fit for me. I was astounded that she brought me a size and a half smaller in one style, and a one size down in another, and they fit perfectly. Im so happy. Thank you again Judy!

natalie This is the first time coming to this location and it’s the cleanest torrid I have ever been in. It also had great customer service with Lucy and the other gal Tammy made it feel like I was with my sisters shopping around with a great selection

alecks m The assistant manager was really great with my son. We came in about half an hour before closing today to get his first real board, and he helped my son pick out each part and build the board. Will definitely be coming back
