1 /5 Charles Hwang: Edit (2/10/26): I shared my dissatisfaction with the response below 10/8/25, 11/8/25, and 1/20/26 and received a similar response. I replied 1/22/26 and have yet to hear back. Here and via email, Ive said I will remove this review if they post an official apology. Since one has yet to be posted, this review will remain. They are welcome to email me if theyd like to meet my reasonable requests.
As someone who has regularly shopped here for nearly a year, I am disappointed by their complete lack of communication. Their website says "Well shout it from the rooftops when were ready to take your treasures again—likely the week of August 18 or 25. Stay tuned! ... Starting July 28, well be closed for remodeling, with plans to reopen (fresh and fabulous) around September 6. Well keep you posted as we get closer!". However, their Facebook page has not posted since July 11, despite their promise and multiple people asking about the reopening date in the comments of their last post. I have checked their website and Facebook page daily since the closure only to keep seeing the same message and post on both.
It is one month past their planned reopening date and they have not provided any updates. This is doubly disappointing given they explicitly promised to keep customers updated and have not. If there have been delays in reopening, it would only take a few minutes to post or update their website to let the public know, but they have not even done this. Their foundations X account remains active and posts daily and have not addressed this either. If and when they provide public updates on reopening and an official apology for their lack of communication and actually reopen to the public, I will remove this review.
