Vaibhav “Dr.V” Agrawal Feeling Small from in-store experience I’m a Patagonia fan, have bought merch >15k at this store since I was a student at Stanford over 10yrs back; Today, the return service was bad — for a second time — and that’s why I’m writing this review. — I returned a pair of kids gloves bought 3 weeks prior. Our toddler (2yr old) tried it a couple of times on the ski slope and didn’t fit it well. I came back with the gloves + the tag (unattached). I got a ‘oh I need to check with Ben’ from the saleswoman. then Ben + the same saleswoman spent 15 mins turning the gloves inside out, visually inspecting each seam … after sometime … asked me again what happened, gave some spiel on why it was not in resellable condition …all the time I felt they were judging me, or worse, trying to find flaws in my account — Next came my 6y old Patagonia down jacket. It had whisks of down feathers poking out in multiple areas — which Ben offered to repair (great, thank you). He applied 4-5 patches, but also gave me an unsolicited 15-20 minute lecture on ‘pointy feathers’ and ‘why this happens’ … to the point that I was pissed. All in all, worse returns experience than REI or Walmart! Especially because the salesperson made me feel small. Unlikely to come back to this store.

Customer service is great too, the girls are always very attentive and very helpful when it comes to choosing the right style for you. Im always buying from this store great quality clothes and great prices.

Life as Lisa We felt like an inconvenience at first when we wanted to look at bikes. The staff had to climb this very wobbly ladder to get the bikes and you could tell they weren’t happy about it. We asked to adjust the bike to test the fit but they couldn’t seem to figure out where the tools were (or if they had them)… until we got Caleb. He was amazing! He went so far above and beyond to help us find the right bike for our son. They inspected the bike in full and fixed an issue with the gears. I also want to recognize the cashier, Trinity. We had some time to pass waiting for the bike and she was very polite and helpful. Would recommend!

Denni Pryor I stumbled across this store during the street market outside & spotted the cutest sweatshirt. When I touched it, I realised it was the most buttery soft sweater & I just HAD to have it. The staff were super friendly! I easily could have bought more.

Rachel Downs I cannot say enough positive things about Carolina. I vibed with her right away. She puts off such good energy. Wonder customer service. The store itself is beautiful. Love the hand made clothes. If you are ever in downtown Placerville, I highly recommend stopping in the store and saying hello to Carolina. You will be glad you did. I bought a really cool dress and a funky cool bottom. I’m obsessed! Good quality handmade clothing. Most clothing is F. Fits most.

Nevine Kamel I ordered a Prada shoes went to Nordstrom to pick it up it was very easy process I enjoyed being there. Nordstrom rack has the same great brands. You’ve come to expect from the high-end retail store Nordstrom. Good items at Nordstrom rack tend to be the ones from last season that are still in brand new condition and a significant discount. If you want Nordstrom quality but want to save money. Nordstrom rack is the place to go. Nordstrom rack locations tend to be in outlet malls with plenty of parking and a good selection. If you want to stay on a budget stop by Nordstrom rack today. They have really good collections.
