Kohls - Shop CA (Near Clovis)

Ashley Medrano I usually have to wait about 40 minutes in a long line which honestly I understand because they only have 2 registers open and as someone who worked as a cashier before I’m considerate. But today I waited over an hour in line and once I got to the front that’s when I spent most of my time. Alma took 32 minutes to check out one lady. She was moving with no sense of urgency and was beyond just super slow. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. Everyone in line behind me was also upset with how they didn’t even care to try to get everyone out fast. Really disappointed.

Barbie Bowden I love Rosedale Ross, not only cause its clean and organized for most part but because all the employees are very nice to work with and all my managers are awesome. Yes we get long lines but obviously its because we get a lot of customers and most of them are pretty faithful to our store. Even if the line is long you wont be waiting that long, our cashiers are pretty fast and friendly.

Erfan Karimian I recently visited the Ross Dress for Less store in San Rafael and was left feeling frustrated and disappointed. While shopping, I attempted to use my Trolley (shopping cart) to carry my items to the car, but was stopped by security and told that I wasnt allowed to do so. When I asked why, they simply stated that it was against store policy and that I needed to carry my items instead. What made things worse was that no one had informed me of this policy beforehand, and I had already loaded my Trolley with items. It was a huge inconvenience to have to unload everything and carry it all to the car myself. The lack of clear communication and inflexibility from the security team really sucked. I hope the store reconsiders their policy and improves their customer service. Until then, Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Breezy “Chevy” Scott Clean, lines still short, online pick up is a hassle to share with Amazon Point people....but, for 1 week before black friday....they look full, replenished and fully staffed. Even their floor associates still have smiles. For now. My son wants these. ;-)

Alex Vinogradov This store is well managed. The product i need is available. The mens belts "LEE" of different sizes are sold here. Also, it would be nice if more mens socks made mostly of cotton were available in this store.
