5 /5 Maria Reynosa: My husband and I were shopping with our three-year-old daughter, and we received the best customer service we have ever had at Kohl’s thanks to four incredible employees: Guadalupe, Philip, Jose, and Samayra. All four were super friendly, patient, and extremely helpful throughout our visit. They truly went above and beyond, especially by checking every price we asked about without hesitation and making sure everything was correct. We had quite a few shopping bags, and they even went out of their way to help us carry our bags to our vehicle, which we genuinely appreciated—especially while shopping with a young child. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made our experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. It’s rare to receive this level of care and attention, and their teamwork really stood out.
