Kohls - (Near Redding, CA)

5 /5 Melissa Morgan: One of my favorite stores in town. Kohls has always had great deals and the staff are nice. Every once in awhile theres kind of long line but its no big deal because they have self checkout too if youre in a hurry. Kohls is also a wonderful place to return your Amazon products you get coupons to use at Kohls when you do. My favorite thing is doing all of the coupon stacking to get the biggest discount available. Sometimes I walk out of Kohls saving $200-$300 dollars.

1 /5 Alexis Howatt: Well I won’t buy anything from kohls anymore. Waited in the RETURN in the back of the store, to return a dress that I bought online (didn’t fit) to find out. If you buy it from kohls, you have to return in the front of the store. They want you to wait in line behind people who are purchasing items in store. At least 15+ people in line. I just walked out. They make it that complicated to return something bought from their store. I’ll shop anywhere else. What a joke.

3 /5 Matt C in Redding: good selection good prices good sales however the employees in there were not as helpful as I had hoped if you can even find one. buying online and picking up in store is what I prefer, but when I got to the back corner where the service desk is, there were about 5 people in line returning Amazon items! I think I will stick to having things delivered to my house and take my chances. the one elderly person at the checkout I did find didnt have the patience for me when I started reviewing my Kohls cash email on my smartphone..
