I always get helped by Brisa she is the best, kind and friendly she Helps me find what I’m looking for and remembers it so the next time I go in, she lets me know that they have it in stock. She’s the best if you go in ask for Brisa, she’ll give you the best customer service.

As a woman who used to love to shop and then learned to hate it, I now will love shopping at Ilenes Boutique. And, I will happily drive from Pasadena to Westlake Village. Ishita Shah POOR QUALITY COATS!! Came here to leave a review so others can be warned and was taken aback by the plethora of negative reviews already on here!! Truly shocking but here’s another I guess: Bought a $400+ coat expecting it to be high quality and last me for years to come. Upon the 2nd or 3rd wear, some large discoloration developed at a spot on the back of the coat. I had the dry cleaners take a look at it and they confirmed this was an issue either with the dye or the fabric/nap. Not a stain that they can remove. Contacted the Aritizia concierge for some form of resolution due to the low quality of their fabrics/ premature wear and they essentially refused to take any accountability and provided no help. I would not buy another piece of garment from here and don’t recommend it. I have several other coats that I have been wearing for years and have never seen this type of discoloration develop. Save your money and spend it elsewhere!! I have a Zara coat that I bought 3+ years ago for 1/3rd of the price that has lasted significantly longer and looks better than this “Only Coat” for $400+ after 2 wears. Recommend J Crew, Mango, or Ralph Lauren as well at this price point that have significantly higher quality coats and 10x better customer service.

Carla Norris I absolutely LOVE set free. This is an affordable almost give away store. I went to set freeiver 25 years ago. They helped me at a extremely low time. Theyll help anyone, that wants to hear the Word of God and leaves the judgment with the only One worthy to judge. They were not about money then and the thrift store will show you they havent lost that fact about then. Please Abba Father bless then all with You in Jesus Name Amen. Great place
