1 /5 R V: Awful company, bought $80 with taxes and shipping two of the same item in different sizes, ($34 each) and returned one. Only got refunded $26. For returning 50% that seems kind of low regardless of the supposed $7 shipping cost. Their response is that they use $10 for shipping which doesn’t even add up)

1 /5 Saif Qaisi: One star for poor service and a misleading offer. They sent me the wrong order because they ran out of stock, and they would not exchange it for me for a different option.

1 /5 Jonathan Campbell: Email I just sent to LA Apparel: I just received my Casio Ani-Digi Watch. I am going to need to return it as soon as possible and receive a refund because it does not work and appears to be used. The A, B, and C buttons do not produce any change in the watch’s functions in the manner that the Casio manual says they should. The watch is set one hour ahead of the actual time and there is no way to change it. Additionally, there is no way to access the alarm function because the buttons do not change the mode when you press them. Additionally, the watch appears to be used. There are obvious spots of dirt or skin on the inside of the watch band. This tells me that someone else wore the watch, discovered it didn’t work, and returned it. Despite this, you sold it to me. I will include photos and video that back this up. This is hugely disappointing. Please immediately refund my purchase and provide a return label so I can mail back this busted, used watch

1 /5 Rafael Martinez Jr: I bought the robot watch that thing broke the first day. It is a non refundable item.ok f this place I won’t buy from them. But what really led me to this review was they tried to charge me again for the same item. Luckily my bank caught it and now I have to wait for my new debit card. They are super shady.
