Adeen Gonzalez First time stopping by, owner was friendly as I explained I was new to western wear. Needed a summer hat for a wedding up the road, was pleasantly surprised by the amount of options to choose from at this store. Also enjoyed the presence of local T-Shirts and other merch from local events (Frog Jump, ect). Good variety of men’s and women’s wear, hats, belts, and of course boots. Would definitely shop here again!

Pascal Fischer We had the privilege of talking to the owner on a quieter moment of the day. She gave us so many valuable information about Santa Barbara, the State of California and our road trip in general. It was super cool to get insights from and talk to a local. The store has many beautiful souvenirs like t-shirts and postcards. So if you are in the waterfront area, I recommend checking it out.

Whitney Brezinski I, like you, was scrolling through reviews trying to find the best shop in Mammoth to demo boards. Wave Rave has some polarizing ratings, but I implore you to do what I did and ignore all the bad ones. My boyfriend and I both had a great experience with all the employees, but specifically; Joey, Patrick, and Jimmy. They got me set up with a solid demo board (that I ended up purchasing), answered all of our questions, suggested a few changes to stance settings and binding placement, and made good enough recommendations that my boyfriend also bought a new board. I have zero complaints about my experience. I get the feeling that they’re happy to match your energy, so go in with some common sense and a good attitude and you’ll get the same in return.

Renee Genovese Absolutely love Gioia’s!! She is the best at finding things that will look awesome on you. Like a personal stylist. Her store is one of the first places I fell in love with when I moved to San Diego.
