I was seriously impressed by the variety and how affordable everything is without sacrificing quality. The shop has such a warm, welcoming vibe, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Alexa Bray I’m so torn writing this review. I have ordered from Worn Wild SEVERAL times. I’ve always been happy with the quality of the items I’ve received, which they deserve credit for. They do sell great products! However, the shipping times have gotten insane. I currently have 2 separate orders out, 5 items total, that were ordered over a month ago and still haven’t arrived. I understand the holidays cause delays, but maybe there should be something on the website warning of that?? I’m not sure I would have ordered had I known it would take this long. It’s going to be too cold for my toddler to wear the majority of what I ordered at this point. This has me absolutely considering just going to the brand sites for future orders instead. It’s disappointing because I have always been such a fan before.

Evelyn L So nice that there is a J.Crew factory store in Pasadena. You don’t have to go all the way to an outlet faraway to shop for J.Crew deals. Lots of good deals to be found here. Came in to just look, but left with a bag of stuff. They have clothes for everyone here. Even kids.
