Roxanne is the owner and also the person behind the counter. She knows her products and can help assist in getting the right fit and price range that you are looking for. It is a pleasure to have such personalized service in selecting items that will work well and last a long time. I did have an issues once with a pair of Tevas that I purchased and had a problem about eight months afterwards. I called Roxanne and she said to come in with the shoes since they are covered under the manufacturers warranty . I stopped in on my next trip to town and showed Roxanne the issue. She replaced the sandals on the spot. Im sorry, but in this day of e-commerce. Im grateful that I have a few places like Roxannes Main Street Shoes to visit and patronize. This store is surely a Gem. I will be back. Highly recommend.
