5 /5 Sharon Carranza: I want to give a huge shoutout to the team and manager at this location. The store was extremely organized and the layout was wonderful! it made shopping such a smooth and enjoyable experience. I was honestly impressed! I even picked up an amazing hair oil that I normally would have overlooked, but it was so easy to spot thanks to the way products were displayed. You can really tell how much effort the staff puts into keeping things neat and customer-friendly. I really hope customers respect and help keep it this way. Great job!

3 /5 Aaliyah S: Rainy day trip to Marshalls… and wow, my anxiety went straight through the roof. I went in just looking for some shoes and pants, nothing crazy, but the store was an absolute disaster. There were boxes everywhere—stacked in aisles, blocking walkways, and squeezed into every corner. They added more racks down the shoe section, but instead of organizing, it just felt like they threw everything together and hoped for the best. Walking through the aisles felt like navigating a hoarder’s storage unit. It was overwhelming, cluttered, and honestly unsafe with how packed everything was. I tried on a pair of pants as fast as I could, bought two, and got out. The vibe was just awful. Between the chaos, the boxes, and the lack of space to even walk comfortably, it was one of the most stressful shopping trips I’ve had in a long time. Not an enjoyable experience at all.

1 /5 Brian Patino: Store manager was no help at all and rude purchased a train set for a kid thats on the spectrum and he got triggered by it before I bought they told me i had 30 days to return it return it 2 days later and they said they cant take it back due the fact it was open and it wasnt packaged right when every single piece was in there manager whole time had a high tone and rude attitude Im like Im have to damage it out what store doesnt make the 30 day policy for open products never coming here again embarrassing

2 /5 Paula Schlueter: The Clovis store is disgusting. The floors look awful, the shelves have dirt and dust on them, and even some of the merchandise is filthy. I have even mentioned to an employee about the shelves needed to be cleaned, and it was the same the next time I went in.

1 /5 Ashlee Renee: Awful customer service. Employees don’t engage with customers like they’re supposed to. Management is rude and disrespectful. Definitely will not be shopping in this store again! Also, a couple of managers treat their employees like crap. Bunch of bullies at this location!
