Marshalls - (Near Bakersfield, CA)

1 /5 Josh Ruba: I went shopping this holiday for Christmas at Marshalls, I bought a coffee brewing machine and it is defective; it rattles the whole counter top and takes 5 minutes to make a single cup of coffee. They dont want to return in-store because they say it has to be unused to return, before I bought it l asked about the return policy they told me I had until January 25th without mentioning it had to be unused!

1 /5 J G: The customer experience is poor. So many angles of improvement, many very simple, makes me question if the employees mainly stand around there, the store is a mess, huge boxes blocking items and isles that are dirty/super narrow.

3 /5 Elizabeth Ballentine: As far as a Marshalls goes this one was a pass. Went looking for tea and containers and they had maybe 3 different teas and only a few glass containers to choose from.

1 /5 L F: I was trying to ask for a discount for a pants that has missing pants closure bar. I bought the pants yesterday but did not realize it was missing until I got home. I like the fit of the pants so I am planning to bring it to a tailor to fix it. That is why I am asking for discount. The caahier ask the coordinator and the coordinator said she cant give any more discount because it is already on clearance. I read online that if the item does not have a note in the receipt that it is selling AS IS i can still request for price adjustment. What the coordinator did was put AS IS note to the tag. It is like tampering the original condition of the receipt when I bought it. She can do that if I return the item. But I did not return it yet because i like how it fits me and it is hard to find a pants that suits me. So, i am thinking if i will return it or if i will have it fix. I just do not like that the coordinator write something that it is not there when i bought it. So dissapointing.

5 /5 Pattabhi Rama Rao Yeleswarapu: Awesome store with wide range of clothing pertaining to different major brands with affordable prices. Not just clothing they also sell footwear which have lots of major brands with reasonable prices compared to any other major stores. We go often to this store they also carry home decorations, hand bags, holiday specials, kids clothing and accessories. All other accessories for men and women. They carry nice gift articles like mugs, decorative items etc. The store is located opposite to valley plaza mall and next to 99 fwy. They accept all types of payments, have parking lot with wheelchair accessible parking and entrance. Over all very good store. Staff are just awesome and friendly always ready to help.
