4 /5 Candi Layne Bookout: Your associate in the Hanford store, Susan, was excellent. Provided me courteous and efficient service. Although, I think there are some management issues because all the other girls in the store were very rude. The manager was not paying attention to what was going on. Susan was very attentive to my needs and helped me with everything. Im going to give you a four because of her but without Susan I definitely would give you a one or two. Corporate should really pay attention to the how their stores are being run. Because you can not have one good associate while the others are condescending, unhelpful and down right rude. There should be some continuity in service. I would have walked out of the store but for Susan. So I really hope that corporate pays attention. So this time four and I would recommend the store .. Nextime....who knows?!?!

5 /5 MARY MACIEL: I had never been there before. I passed by it a thousand times going to Target, but never stopped in. Im glad I did. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was a sale going on and I picked up some wonderful bargains. I will be back!

2 /5 Lisa Simmons: The cashier that works there, with the long curly dark hair, is so rude. I like the clothes here, but definitely will not be returning to the Hanford location because she works there often and she is always rude, and never smiles. I dont say this often about people I dont know, but I actually dislike her because she is beyond rude and unwelcoming.

5 /5 Shelby Cruz: I absolutely love this store. The employees are so nice and helpful. The clothes are fashionable and fairly priced. The environment inside the store is upbeat and high energy. They have affordable jeans that are good quality, which is hard to find lately.
