Rachael Evensen I just want to give the biggest shout-out to the team at Zumiez at the Mount Shasta mall — especially Josh — for their incredible customer service. My 10-year-old son was shopping there today, and the way Josh supported him genuinely meant the world to me.
This isn’t the first time my son was helped and has had an amazing experience with Josh. My son had even said before we got there that he had hoped that you were working this evening. He’s talked so highly of you and I can absolutely see and understand why and it was a pleasure to meet you.
This is the first time I’ve personally met Josh and he recognized my son right away and that made my son feel so important.
Josh was patient, kind, and so supportive in helping my son pick out clothes and feel confident in his choices. He treated him like a little brother, and as a mom, that is something I’ll forever appreciate. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond the way he did.
If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Josh and Zumiez, for making my son’s day and giving us such a great experience. You truly made a lasting impression.
