3 /5 Radu Popovici: Very rude customer service. My daughters purchased items there a couple of times. I too purchased a couple of t-shirts for them, but when I got home we realized the material was not great (mainly plastic). The next day I went to return those shirts, brand new with tags attached. They told me I cant return without the printed receipt and then simply ignored me. No sorry, thank you, please, hello or goodbye. I can understand their policy being what it is, not even store credit without the printed receipt. I didnt complain about that at all. But the rudeness from both people behind the counter was jarring. They simply said no, then went about their business without so much as a goodbye. Bad manners are inexcusable in customer service. To the owner - send those people back to kindergarten to learn basic manners. I wont be spending any more money in such a place.
I received a reply from the store owner to my initial review. I appreciate their owning the situation, and might give the store another chance.
