teresita padilla Very friendly customer service. They have a good variety of artesania, but wish they offered bigger sizes for clothes and shoes. In addition, I do recommend calling to make sure theyre open. I drove out here last time and it was closed way before the advertised closing time.

Shayla H I’ve been a customer of Heat Irvine for over two years and have always liked their products, but this recent experience has been really disappointing. I placed an order for graphic tees on September 26 and still haven’t received anything. The order never shipped, and I’ve only gotten one generic response after reaching out multiple times by email and phone. My boyfriend placed an order around the same time and is dealing with the exact same issue — no shipment and no communication. It’s frustrating to see this happen after years of being a loyal customer.

Mallory Pendergrass I traveled to Napa in May 2023 for my bachelorette party and purchased some earrings made by local jeweler. They quickly became my favorite earrings. Fast forward to December 2024, I was on a trip to Chicago and was wearing earrings. I realized at some point in the night that one had fallen out. I took a chance and looked up the name of the shop on my old credit card statement, called and spoke to the most gracious owner. She assured me that she only sells one person’s jewelry, contacted her, had me send a photo of the earring, got new ones made, shipped them to me in Tennessee and personally texted me the tracking number. Talk about going above and beyond for your customers! I will absolutely be going back in the next time I visit Napa!

You’ll find everything from major department stores like Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s, and Neiman Marcus to luxury and lifestyle brands such as Louis Vuitton, Coach, and Anthropologie, covering a broad spectrum of styles and price points. There’s also an Apple Store, which makes it especially appealing for Apple enthusiasts. Beyond shopping, the area feels more like an urban entertainment hub than a traditional mall. There are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and even small farmers’-market–style shops offering organic groceries and artisanal products. Parking is convenient, and the layout makes it easy to stroll around and explore. I personally stopped by a Parisian café within the complex. They had a tempting selection of French-style pastries, sandwiches, and baked goods, though I only grabbed a quick cup of coffee—which was surprisingly good. Overall, it’s a great place to spend a few hours, whether you’re shopping, working on your laptop, or just hanging out with friends. Definitely a nice, upscale destination near Stanford University.

I was in the market for stylish yet affordable suits for a ongoing business event. I didnt want to have to drive too far andcwsnted to suppirt a place locally. My wife had read excellent reviews about The District at Ontario Mills. I went online and was impressed by the positive reviews. We made our way over and as soon as we entered we were greeted by friendly and professional employees. Since im big on customer service, I will say thats an old school vibe that is not commonly on display in modern times. We were helped by Rich and it was an awesome experience. From the time we found the suit to checkout was under 30 minutes. Of course the suit has to be tailored and this was a sort of urgent need. They said the suitscwould beverage the next day and they advised they would notify us when they were ready to be picked up. Sure enough, they did exactly try as promised and within the specified time frame. The suits were tailored properly and looked great. Going to pick out a suit ( for me at least), is almost comparable to going to the dentist. You know that it has to be done, but for whole host of reasons, you dread going. I can say that I was relaxed and the employees and atmosphere at THE District made for a positive and enjoyable experience. This is the place to go for mens suits at a great price. A solid 5 stars.
