Denise Finneran My refrigerator broke and I live in Big Pine. I thought Id have to drive over 70 miles one way, to find an appliance store. Well, this little gem solved my dilemma!! They have refrigerators, washers,dryers,dishwashers, wood & pellet stoves. They also have all the items(tile, counter tops, cabinets, handles etc) one would need to redesign a kitchen! They had 6 different fridges from all the major brands on display. I found one I liked, they had it in a box in the back, and we loaded it up into the trailer, and off we went. Martha is the lady to talk to. She said she could have ordered any model I wanted if I didnt find one I liked on the floor. This was a blessing to find and its nice to support local small businesses.

Carol Platt My two young men have been shopping here since the store opened. For the first time, a shoe failed at the laces so that it couldnt be tied normally. I brought the shoes in, and the manager, Jacob, was excellent. He explained that he had never seen that particular failure and would replace the shoes. They were on sale, so I just had to pay the difference. They came literally in 36 hours. I will always shop here, and I thank Jacob in particular for his professionalism and kindness. I was very satisfied. I know I will not see this again; the defect was a fluke. Thank you, Vans and Jacob *****
